Our proven experience
TOTAL: In order to optimize Oil & Gas production, Atos Origin working in close cooperation with TOTAL has designed and built a Gas Lift Pilot Field IT system. This Well Performance and Monitoring system has delivered significant return and is now deployed on several fields. This architecture integrates a field algorithmic representation in a control loop to compute the right set points to pilot the smart field.
Deutsche BP: Atos Origin takes care of all of Deutsche BP’s applications in its downstream business and some of its international applications, including all SAP systems, special applications for the petrol station network and some Business Warehousing functionality, leading to significant costs savings. The use of Atos Origin’s Competence Center Oil ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and provides the guarantee of the specialist skills and resources required by the detailed processes of the downstream oil business.
ENAGAS: Atos Origin developed and maintains the system to manage third-party network access, and continuously updates the system to meet market regulation requirements. We ensured the smooth and safe transition to deregulated operations whilst minimizing additional overheads. A Meter Reading Management System enables high levels of support for business-critical operational processes.
Petrobras: Atos Origin has more than 800 people working with Petrobras in ten different Brazilian cities on more than 23 projects, such as support for systems development, systems and infrastructure management, and help desk. Atos Origin also works with Petrobras Japan for Managed Operations, including helpdesk, field support and network and server management and was contracted for BPO with ALVO, Petrobras’ 2007 acquisition from Petroleo Ipiranga.
A more economic and efficient loyalty card system - With a worldwide network of over 46,000 service stations, a large oil company wanted to implement a flexible system to improve its customer loyalty card processing and increase the number of customers. According to the specifications, we developed a solution in order to aid implementation in service stations, simplifying the use for operators and guaranteeing upgradeability. Thanks to this solution, the distributor now offers its clients an unrivalled level of response and flexibility. The system has allowed it to significantly increase the number of cards while reducing costs and shortening the client relation management processing time.
PEMEX: Atos Origin has deployed for Pemex platforms in the Gulf of Mexico, an easy to use, easy to configure standard IT system for real time information gathering from Oil production processes. The solution has been designed and build around the standard off-the-shelf data historian PI from OsiSoft. Real time information is collected from existing SCADA's and DCS's through standard OPC interface and exported to asset team for production surveillance and optimization purposes.
PTTGas, the national company operating the gas transportation network in Thailand is covering on-shore and off-shore pipelines and gas separation activity. Atos Origin has been awarded with the replacement of the existing SCADA systems by a new architecture including integrated SCADA and Gas Management System and offering openness and evolving capacity for future extensions. Four Control Centers are interconnected and the architecture allows a back-up recovery in case of failure. Pipeline length is over 2 000 Km and annual Thailand gas consumption over 25 billion M3.
