Lilli Schwarzkopf is an heptathlete from Bad Driburg training at the LC Paderborn. She is also studying sports sciences at the University of Paderborn, Germany. The Heptahlon consists of seven events; the 100m hurdles, high jumping, shot-put, the 200m, long-jump, javelin and the 800m.
Lilli really likes the challenge of performing in multi-disciplines and her biggest success so far is the bronze medal at the European Championships in Gotheburg 2006. At the World Athletics Championships in Oksaka in 2007, she came 5th.
Her biggest sporting disappointment came in 2004 when she just missed qualification for the Athens Olympic Games by 4 points. But then, two weeks after the Games she became the 2004 German Champion!
