The Supervisory Board of Atos Origin convened in Paris on 14 February 2008 to examine and approve the accounts for the year ended 31 December. The Supervisory Board decided to propose, for the first time, the payment of a dividend of EUR 0.40 per share at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 22 May 2008.
