I love the sense of excitement and surprise that comes from what I do. Some of that comes from collaborating with new contacts and clients; some of it from working with global colleagues and some is the pure technical challenge.
At the moment I’m focussed on internal projects that align the improvement, expansion and enterprise integration plans of Atos Origin India. The continuous evolution of technologies and areas of its integration, scalability, availability and security is really satisfying work. I hope to work in technological innovations with teams on planning and designing integrated secured enterprise Infrastructures in the future, for example on Next Generation Desktop Technology (NGDT). It's such an innovative company that nothing is impossible.
I like the fact that everyone works well together. Strong relationships internally with the wider global team are based on co-operation and collaboration. Externally it's very similar. With clients, we discuss to get our points across in an open and transparent way to reach an amicable agreement. We respect each other and work well together to solve a problem - that gets results much faster! While we are a process driven organization with exceptional technical expertise, I think it's the intellectual component that makes us stand out - people who think in a different way and who can bring new ideas to solving complex problems.
Our clients value our great people - and when they show their appreciation for the work that we do, sometimes even for the smallest things, it's a really good feeling we can build on for the future.
