has been elected chairman of the Supervisory Board in June 2008. He is chairman and chief executive of French insurance group AGF and a member of the Allianz management board. He is a prominent member of the European business community, chairman of the Supervisory Board of Euler-Hermes and of the Mondial Assistance Group and also a director of PPR and Eurazeo.

Jean François CIRELLI
has been elected as a member of the Supervisory Board in June 2008. He is chairman of Gaz de France since September 2004. He held many different positions in the treasury department at the French Ministry of Economy in Finance from 1985 to 1995. He was a technical advisor to the President of the Republic before becoming economic advisor. In 2002, he became Deputy Director to Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin responsible for economic, industrial, and social issues.
Michel COMBES
has been elected as a member of the Supervisory Board in June 2008. He is chairman and managing director of TéléDiffusion de France (TDF). He is also chairman of the Board of Infogrames and chairman of the Supervisory Board of Assystem. He is a director of Weather and a member of the Europacorp Supervisory Board.

Colette NEUVILLE
has been elected as a member of the Supervisory Board in June 2008. She is Founder Chair of the Association for the defence of minority shareholders (ADAM). She is a director of the Eurotunnel Group, a member of the board of Euroshareholders (European Federation of Shareholders Associations) and a member of the European Forum on corporate governance with the European Commission. She is also a member of the “Savers and minority shareholders” commission at the Financial Markets Authority.
Michel PARIS
was elected as a member of the Supervisory Board in July 2008. He is Senior Partner and more particularly in charge of investments in the services sector at PAI partners. He joined PAI partners in 1984, covering investments in the ICT sector, then in charge of investments in the retail and services sectors. Vernon L. SANKEY
was elected as a member of the Supervisory Board in December 2005. He is a Board member of Zurich Financial Services AG (and Chairman of its Remuneration Committee), and Firmenich SA and is a member and advisor to GLP Llp and Pi Capital in the UK. He advises numerous companies on their investments, particularly on private equity.
